Gardiner W. Garrard, Jr.
Chairman
Mr. Garrard is the Chairman of the Board for The Jordan Company. Mr. Garrard came to work for The Jordan Company in 1974, and he served as the President of the company from 1975 until 2009.
Prior to working for The Jordan Company, Mr. Garrard served as a law clerk for the Honorable Griffin B. Bell, practiced law for a local firm in Columbus, Georgia and worked in the apartment development business.
Mr. Garrard currently serves on the board of Total System Services Inc. and previously served for 39 years on the board of Synovus Financial Corp. In addition to his corporate board service, Mr. Garrard has also served on the boards of many local charitable, civic and non-profit organizations. Mr. Garrard attended Woodberry Forest School and earned his BA in English from the University of North Carolina and his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law.

Gunby J. Garrard is the President of The Jordan Company. In 2003, Mr. Garrard established Jordan Capital to oversee a portfolio of privately managed investments, and in 2008, became a Managing Partner of Jordan Capital AM, LLC. Prior to joining The Jordan Company in 2003, Mr. Garrard was employed by Total System Services, Inc. where he focused the majority of his efforts in their corporate strategy group.
Mr. Garrard holds a BBA in International Business with a focus in Finance from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Emory University. He is also a graduate of Woodberry Forest School.
Mr. Garrard serves on the Board of Directors for The Jordan Company, Phoenix Stamping Group, LLC, Vytron Corporation and Prime Technological Services, LLC. He is also an emeritus member of the University of Georgia Terry College of Business Alumni Advisory Board.
Kim Wise, CPA

Kim Wise joined The Jordan Company as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer in 1996. She is responsible for the oversight of financial reporting for multiple entities in addition to The Jordan Company and for compliance and accounting to Jordan Capital AM, LLC. Prior to joining The Jordan Company, Ms. Wise was employed by Cott Beverages USA, Inc. as Manager of Financial Reporting and before that, a Supervisor for Robinson, Grimes & Company, PC.
Ms. Wise graduated magna cum laude with a BBA in Accounting from Columbus State University. She is also a graduate of Leadership Columbus.
Ms. Wise is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Wise serves on the Board of Directors for Vytron Corporation and Prime Technological Services, LLC. In addition, she is the Corporate Secretary for The Jordan Company’s Board of Directors.
